The set includes a pair of 6oz gloves and a 5kg punching bag – both items lined with shock-absorbent filling to ensure maximum safety and protection when learning the basics. The gloves offer a great fit and snug feel thanks to the hook and loop fastening which also ensures they stay in the correct position throughout the training. The bag features a silent hanging nylon strap to keep the training quiet and focused and the outer 500D PVC shell is resistant to tearing to ensure proper longevity. The set contains an included bag swivel.
